We just successfully completed an intensive four week introductory course, Nihon Goshin Aikido: The Art of Self-Defense at the Spartanburg dojo. Twenty two Wofford College students enrolled for the January interim. Everyone enjoyed themselves and learned a great deal. We wish to thank the students for their enthusiasm, positive attitudes and consistent attendance and participation.
We also wish to thank Dr. Jim Neighbors for his efforts in assisting with the administration, organization and for his participation throughout the course. We truly appreciate our partnership with Wofford College for our second year on this exceedingly important subject. We look forward to our next interim course in 2012.
